Admission Process
The admission process starts from 22 January till 23 February. The selected candidates will receive email till 23 March. After the selection, the selected candidates will receive interview calls between 25 March and 17 May. After all procedures, the nominated one will receive acceptance till 10 June.

Recommendation Letter from Indonesian Embassy
You will need the recommendation letter from the embassy. You have to go to the official Embassy website and you will find their email there. You have to send all your scanned documents to them. Not only that but also you have to send one affidavit form on which you sign from your father, mother or guarantor that they are willingly allowing his son/daughter to study in Indonesia.
Affidavit Form
You must have to send the affidavit form to the embassy with all scanned original documents. You have to write in this affidavit that your parents are allowing you to study in Indonesia. Your parents have no objection to sending their son/daughter to study in there. This affidavit form is very important in the application process because there is no objection certificate that you and your parents have no objection to sending you there for higher studies.
Documents For Bachelor’s Degree
The maximum age to apply for this is 21 years old.
Hold a High School degree (please provide the scanned degree certificate and academic transcripts in English).
Please be advised that a Bachelor degree holder is not eligible to apply for the Bachelor Degree again.
Obtain a recommendation letter for this scholarship from either the Indonesian Embassy or their Consulate General.
Acquire a recommendation letter from the employer or immediate supervisor in English (if currently employed).
Secure an Academic Recommendation Letter from previous educational institutions in English.
Provide Academic Certificate and Academic Transcript of High School Degree in English.
Verify citizenship by submitting an Official Passport, which must be valid for at least 2 more years.
Documents For Master’s Degree
The maximum age is 35 years .
Hold a bachelor’s degree (applicants are required to submit scanned copies of their degree certificate and academic transcripts in English). Please note that individuals with a master’s degree are not eligible for the Master’s Degree scholarship.

Provide a recommendation letter from either the Indonesian Embassy or their Consulate General.
Submit a recommendation letter from their employer or immediate supervisor.
Furnish an Academic Recommendation Letter from previous educational institutions.
Present proof of citizenship (Official Passport or Personal ID).

Documents For Doctor’s Degree (PhD)
Applicants must not exceed 40 years of age to be eligible for the scholarship.
Hold a Master’s degree (applicants must provide scanned copies of their degree certificate and academic transcripts in English). Note that individuals with a Doctorate degree are not eligible for the Doctorate Degree scholarship.
Obtain a recommendation letter in English from a potential research supervisor affiliated with one of the partner universities of the Scholarship.
Submit a statement of purpose in English or Bahasa, detailing the purpose of their studies, their interest in studying in Indonesia, their chosen research topic, and their academic future plans (including a dissertation proposal).
Participants from English-speaking countries or enrolled in English-medium programs (as stated in participant diploma/transcript) are exempt from submitting English proficiency documents, provided they attach official proof from their home university.
Provide a recommendation letter from either the Indonesian Embassy or their Consulate General.
A recommendation letter for this scholarship from the employer or immediate supervisor in English or Bahasa (if currently employed).
Submit an Academic Recommendation Letter from previous schools in English.
Present Academic Certificate and Academic Transcript of Master’s Degree in English.
Prove citizenship by submitting an Official Passport, which must remain valid for at least 2 more years.
Embassy Requirements
You will receive the required documents list from the embassy before the interview but some major documents that you must prepare before going to the embassy for an interview.
The online application must be completed before deadline. Once the online application is completed, The Selection Results will be broadcasted online through the Scholarship Website and officially announced through the Indonesian Embassy publication network.
You don’t need ielts if you have English proficiency certificates from your respective colleges and universities. You can get the English proficiency certificate from you administration office of your school and university.
You don’t need a bank statement for this scholarship because it’s a governmental scholarship and your all expenses will be on the Indonesian government.
Only PhD students need Statement of Purpose, So the bachelor and master students don’t need the statement of purpose.
