Admission Process
The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship advertisement starts in November. HEC
conducts a test for that which is USAT-M for Biology students and USAT-M for
Mathematics students. Then you have to submit the test results to the HEC portal.
The application deadline is mostly in the middle of January. The selected candidates will be connected in March. The nominated candidates will be given acceptance letters in June and Joining will be in first week of September.
Documents Required
Bachelor / F.Sc Degree
Applying for a bachelor’s degree you must have the original Matric and F.Sc certificates from the respective education board. Only transcripts will not be accepted in the process.
Statement of Purpose
Statement of purpose which is sometimes also called the Motivation letter is
compulsory. You can apply for two programs in the Stipendium Hungaricum
Scholarship, but those programs must be related to each other.
So that you will be able to write one Statement of purpose/Motivation letter. Because you have to write one SOP/ Motivation letter for both the programs. For better writing, there will be some questions mentioned to be answered. You must have to address those questions in your motivation letter.
IELTS Requirements
Some degree programs require IELTS, So you must watch the requirements of each
program that you are applying for. If there is IELTS requirement for the degree that you
are applying, then you must submits the IELTS score as well.
Embassy Requirements

interview.
Accommodation in Hungary
Each university has its hostels for international students to accommodate them. The
accommodation amount will be deducted automatically ( 40000 forints ). In case you want to live in flat, you will receive the 40000 forints as well to pay the rent for the flat.
You can arrange your private accommodations by following different Facebook groups. You can search by using words like, Rent a flat in (city name) etc. Mostly agencies post their flats and you can finalize with them. You have to pay 2 months deposit and one month rent in advance.

Airport to city
From there you will take 100E/200/200E number buses to the Budapest-Nugyati train station. The transportation service of Hungary is amazing. From there you will take the train to your respective cities without any problems.
Every International Student will come to Budapest Airport. You already book transportation from your country and they will be waiting for you at the airports. But in case you forget to book transportation in advance, No Need to Worry, there is a bus service at the airport.
