Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
As this is a highly competitive scholarship, you need a high CGPA. There is no set limit for most of the course. But you can check your program and see if they set any limit for CGPA. For a better chance, you can have 80% or more of your degree score.
Language Proficiency
Most of the degree programs don’t need IELTS. You can use your English Proficiency Certificate. Some of the programs only require IELTS, TOEFL to complete your application. You can also apply, if you will be appearing soon in IELTS tests.

Other Eligibility Criteria
If you have any extracurricular activities, publications or you attended any conference, you have to share in your CV. You must have to provide the evidence in the form of certificates as well. It is highly important to note that, in this scholarship, you can’t mention any achievement without their proof.
Required Documents
Academic Transcripts
You need your bachelor transcript and degree to apply for this. If you did not receive your degree, you can still apply. But you must complete your degree before starting your desired master program.
Identity Document
You must have passport to apply for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. Only passport is acceptable as identity document.
Letters of Recommendation
It is a very important document of your application. Your selection is depending on the quality of the recommendation letter. It can be received from your previous professors. It can be of two types:
Personal Statement
Personal statement or motivation letter is the backbone of your application. It must be the best explanation of yourself, your motivation and why you chose this specific course.
Your selection highly depends on your personal statement. Even if you are lacking in other aspects like CGPA or extra curricular activities, your statement is the only one document which can enhance your selection chances.
Interview Process
After completing your application you have to wait for the interview. You will be contacted for an interview if you reach the merit criteria.
Selection Interviews
Some of the degree programs send you the possible topics for the interview. But this may vary from program to program. You have to be prepared for where you applied. You have to have the basic idea and knowledge of core subjects.
Some parts of an interview will be very basic, asking about yourself and general details. You have to prepare for the questions like why you choose this course, why you choose this country etc.
Post-Application Period
After completing your interview, you will be expecting to wait for a few days. It depends on your degree program as well. Every degree program has their own timeline for the final results.
Acceptance and Enrollment

Visa Process
